Items must be unworn and include original tags and labels to be eligible for a return. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded and may be donated. Keep your tracking number. We have multiple return options, based on item eligibility: Drop off at Happy Returns® No printing or packaging needed. Simply drop off with a QR code. Your refund will be initiated within hours. Print a Label & Drop Off at UPS Pack your return, print/affix the label, and drop it off at UPS. Your refund will post 2-7 business days after we receive your return. Log in to your account and click View Order Details . For orders with eligible items, you will see and click Return Items (if you do not see the Return Items option, your item is not eligible for return). Click the box next to the item(s) you’d like to return.

Can I return multiple items in one box?
Some items must go to different facilities. If you receive multiple labels, be sure to use the correct label for each item. This is required for your return to be processed successfully. You’ll still pay the return fee only once per order when using our labels.. My label is missing/expired or I don’t have a printer - what do I do?
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
Please report within 45 days of the delivery date in order to be eligible for a return. How do gift returns work?
Gifts can be returned for an e-gift card (emailed to you). We’ll request your name/email, the purchaser’s name/email, and the items you’re returning, then send a return label. Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are currently not available, but our simple returns process makes reordering easy.
